From Kilograms to Dozens: Scaling Our Sorbent Production Capacity

Following our previous updates on reaching kilogram-scale production, we are proud to announce the next major evolution in our manufacturing journey. Dotz has successfully transitioned to the next order of magnitude, achieving production capacity of dozens of kilograms per single batch.

This jump translates to a total annual capacity of hundreds of kilograms, marking a pivotal shift from pilot-phase development to industrial-scale readiness.

Delivering on the Roadmap

For our tech partners, this milestone is a functional confirmation of our ability to scale complex material science without compromising performance.

  • Supporting Large-Scale Demand: As your requirements move beyond initial lab testing toward evaluation trials and demonstration programs, our supply chain is now ready to support you. We have built the capacity to match your growing project scopes.
  • Adhering to Cost Projections: This scale-up has already resulted in a significant reduction in production costs. By moving into dozen-kilogram batches, we have validated our economic modeling, proving that our proprietary technology follows a clear and predictable pathway toward commercial viability.
  • Operational Readiness: The robustness of this batch process establishes the foundation for our next phase. We remain on track to reach ton-scale annual production by early 2027, ensuring that cost and volume will not be the bottlenecks in your carbon capture deployments.

A Validated Pathway to 2027

We aren’t just making more material; we are refining the efficiency of how it is made. The transition from kilogram-level outputs to dozens of kilograms per batch confirms that our manufacturing processes are as scalable as the sorbent technology itself.

As we move into this year of commercial validation, we are ready to supply the volumes necessary to make large-scale carbon management a reality.

Thank You!
