A Transformative Year Ahead: What’s in Store for Dotz Nano in 2025

Sharon Malka, CEO

As we turn the page on 2024, it is with immense pride and excitement that I reflect on the milestones Dotz Nano achieved this past year and share our goals for 2025. The journey of innovation and growth we’ve embarked upon is gaining momentum, driven by our relentless commitment to tackling one of the world’s most pressing challenges: climate change.

Celebrating Our 2024 Milestones

In 2024, Dotz Nano reached several significant milestones that have laid the foundation for the transformative work ahead. Among our achievements:

  • Secured up to AUD $12 million in funding: This critical investment strengthens our ability to scale innovation and brings us closer to commercial readiness.
  • Launched an American Depositary Receipts (ADR) program: Enhancing our global investor reach and reaffirming our commitment to transparency and accessibility.
  • Commenced trading on the OTCQB Market (US): Increasing visibility and access for U.S. investors, marking a new chapter in our corporate growth.
  • Demonstrated cost-reduction potential for carbon capture: Process simulations validated our ability to significantly drive down costs, a pivotal step toward commercial scalability.
  • Achieved a 1000x scale-up of our sorbent synthesis process: A remarkable achievement that underscores our path forward for industrial-scale production.
  • Completed a successful lab-scale pilot demonstration: Demonstrating the efficacy of our sorbent technologies in controlled environments.
  • Developed an innovative sorbent for Direct Air Capture (DAC): A breakthrough in carbon removal technology with exceptional CO2 working capacity.
  • First commercial sale of DotzShield tagging solution in the U.S.: A pivotal milestone that demonstrates our ability to transform innovation from concept to commercialization.
  • Signed a collaboration agreement with Bar-Ilan University: Together, we will be piloting an innovative electrochemical CO2 removal technology, further broadening our expertise in carbon management solutions.

Our Goals for 2025

With a solid foundation in place, 2025 promises to be a year of accelerated innovation, collaboration, and impact. Here’s what we have in store:

  1. Lab-Scale Piloting of Our DAC Sorbent Technology: We will continue advancing our DAC sorbent technology through rigorous lab-scale testing. These pilots will help us fine-tune performance metrics, ensuring the technology meets the demands of real-world applications.
  2. Small-Scale Field Piloting of DAC Technology: Building on lab-scale results, we’ll take our DAC sorbent technology into the field. This small-scale field pilot will mark an important step toward demonstrating operational readiness in diverse environmental conditions.
  3. Scaling Up DAC Sorbent Production: Scaling up production is a critical focus for 2025. By increasing manufacturing capabilities, we aim to reduce costs and meet the growing demand for innovative carbon capture sorbent solutions.
  4. Ongoing Piloting of Point-Source Sorbent Technology: Our point-source sorbent technology has shown great promise in capturing industrial emissions. We’ll continue testing this technology for different applications through lab-scale piloting, to accelerate its pathway to commercialization.
  5. Collaborating with Partners: Partnership and collaboration with third parties will remain central to our strategy. We will work closely with academic institutions, industrial players, and government stakeholders to fast-track the development and commercialization of both our DAC and point-source technologies. These partnerships will enable us to leverage complementary expertise and unlock new opportunities.

Looking Ahead

As we enter 2025, the team at Dotz Nano is energized and ready to build on the progress we’ve made. We know that the road ahead will require perseverance, innovation, and collaboration. But with every challenge comes an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

To our investors, partners, and stakeholders, thank you for your trust and support. Together, we are making a difference in the fight against climate change, one milestone at a time.

Let’s make 2025 the year where we turn ambition into action and innovation into impact.

Thank You!
