Ms Bar Ziv Alperovitz brings more than 20 years of financial management experience with global public companies and start-ups.
Prior to Dotz Liat served as a CFO at Endospan Ltd, an endovascular medical device company and as a CFO of Anagog, a SaaS based start-up. Before that Liat served for more than a decade at senior financial management positions with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (NASDAQ: TEVA).
Liat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel, holds a BA in accounting and economics from Haifa University and LLM degree from Bar Ilan University.

Ms. Shoshaney-Kleiner is an accomplished senior executive with over 15 years of experience in commercial, innovation, and strategy leadership within deep-tech, climate-tech, and advanced materials environments. She has a proven track record in structuring commercial transactions, leading business development cycles, and managing cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth.
Shirley holds an MBA specializing in Sustainability from the University of Haifa and a BA in Communications and Political Science from the Hebrew University.
Shirley holds nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications for technology-rich companies operating in B2B global markets, driving these companies to industry leadership and growth.
Prior to joining Dotz, Shirley was Marketing & Communications Manager at aquaculture technology specialist – AquaMaof. Before that she worked with a range of defense companies, as well as the Israel Ministry of Defense (MoD).
Shirley holds an MBA specializing in Sustainability from the University of Haifa and a BA in Communications and Political Science from the Hebrew University.
Mr. Harpaz is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience scaling businesses across deep tech, e-commerce, fintech, and B2B platforms. He has a strong focus on commercial strategy, partnerships, deal execution, and international growth. Prior to joining Dotz, Mr. Harpaz served as Chief Executive Officer of Catch, leading the company through its successful sale to Wesfarmers. Over the past five years, he has focused on investing in and supporting start-ups, including BridgerPay, a SaaS payment infrastructure company, and Glasswing, a deep-tech company. He is also a long-standing shareholder of Dotz.

Mr. Stephou is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in strategy, business development, maritime technology, satellite communications, and digital infrastructure. Prior to joining Dotz, Mr. Stephou held senior leadership roles within Fameline Holding Group and Fameline Technologies Group, where he helped build and transform a technology group active across connectivity, IT, cybersecurity, and maritime digital services. He has extensive experience working with international stakeholders, developing new market-entry strategies, and supporting growth through strategic initiatives and joint ventures. He has also served on boards across private, government, and non-profit organisations. He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and has studied at the London School of Economics and Birkbeck, University of London.

biopharmaceutical company. Prior to that, he was a partner at Variance Economic Consulting Ltd., a multi-disciplinary consulting boutique, specialising in financial services for international and local Hi-Tech clients.

Glenn Kelly has over 35 years of operational, business development and strategic leadership in the natural resources and clean technology sectors. Mr. Kelly holds an Honours B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from Laval University.
He started his career in oil and gas exploration for Chevron Canada Resources. Mr. Kelly then undertook to develop underground storage of natural gas in Eastern Canada, as founder and President of Intragaz Inc. He was then named President of Rabaska Inc., a $1 billion LNG import terminal project, after which he was named President and CEO of CO2 Solutions, which developed proprietary carbon capture technologies used for greenhouse gas reductions. In 2013 he was named Vice-President and COO of Orbite Aluminae, a producer of high purity alumina used in the fabrication of lithium-ion batteries. He was promoted to President in 2014 until the sale of the company to an Australian mining company in 2019. Mr. Kelly now serves on various boards and acts as a strategic consultant to technology companies.
